These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Enora, operated by Gavazza Software ("Enora", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the Enora app or this website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Who can use Enora
Enora is intended for people aged 16 and older. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Enora for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store's terms.
4. Entertainment disclaimer
Enora provides astrological content for reflection and entertainment. It is not, and must not be treated as, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other advice. Astrological readings describe tendencies, never certainties, and you are responsible for the decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional for important matters.
5. About Enora's AI
Enora's chat feature is powered by artificial intelligence. It is an AI, not a human being, and it will tell you so. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please use your own judgment. Enora is not a crisis service. 6. Subscriptions and billing
Enora is free to download, and the daily reading is free. Optional Enora Premium subscriptions unlock additional features.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscriptions may include a free trial and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and change over time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using it for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others' rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Enora name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enora and Gavazza Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
